A UKB designer will connect with you and schedule an initial call to review your project.

Receive an approximate cost for the project. The estimated cost provided is not a direct reflection of the final price to be presented. Exact pricing will be given after the design is completed in Black and White - Virtual Design Package 1. **100% of your design package cost will be credited toward your cabinet order if you decide to proceed with UKB cabinetry.**

Payment in full is required to place your order. Once payment is received, you will receive a sign off packet. Once you sign off, your cabinets will go into production! Sign off packet includes: 1 - Dimensioned floorplans and elevations 2 - Cabinetry list with any additional moldings and accessories 3 - Door style and finish selections 4 - Warranty information

After final inspection and acceptance of cabinetry at delivery, any damages to cabinetry will not be the responsibility of UKB, unless covered under our warranty. We are so excited for you and can’t wait to see your finished project!

Provide us with design information specific to the project: floorplan/elevations, measurements, and any finish requirements (painted, stained oak, etc.). Review our Cabinetry Page and learn more about our custom cabinetry.

UKB will deliver your cabinets to you. We offer curbside delivery to your specified location. Your cabinets will come to you blanket wrapped so they can be inspected upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the homeowner or contractor to have able help at the job site to unload the cabinets. 2-4 people are required. UKB delivery team will not enter the home.

Review the drawings that we will provide, and confirm all measurements and dimensions are correct so that we can accurately price your cabinetry. All cabinetry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Your cabinetry order will be completed within 10-12 weeks, and then allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We will reach out to schedule delivery prior to the completion of your order. We ship nationwide. Deliveries may be rescheduled due to unforeseen weather conditions.

Must have knowledge in one or more of these areas: interior, kitchen, or bath design. Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or Interior Design certificate with experience is required. Package 1 includes the cost of the cabinetry only. Package 2 includes the cost of the cabinetry as well as all sourcing prices.

Designs will include all wall measurements and ceiling heights in the floorplan and elevations.

We design for all rooms with cabinetry to include built-ins, closets, laundry rooms, mudrooms, etc.

Measuring guides are provided upon purchase of a package. Measurements can also be take by contractors. If you would prefer to have our templator measure your space, it is a $375 measure fee and you must live within a 50 mile radius of our showrooms.

Package 1 includes black and white floorplan and elevations with wall dimensions, a color rendered bird's eye floorplan view, a color rendered perspective, and a mood board. Package 2 includes black and white floorplan and elevations with wall dimensions, a color-rendered bird's eye floorplan view, and a few color-rendered perspectives

Clients are allowed 2 minor edits to their design (e.g. moving/changing a cabinet). All edits are to be made during the black and white review, prior to rendering. After this time, any additional edits will incur a $150 fee.

Cabinetry pricing takes up to 5 business days.

Cabinetry pricing is given after designs have been approved.

Measurements can be verified by contractor or UKB templator (for an additional $375 fee and residents must live within 50 mile radius of one of our showrooms).

Prior to your consultation call, please gather and send to your designer your room measurements, appliance list, existing room images (if applicable), inspiration images, and color and door style selection (if known).

Once a design has been completed by one of our designers, design fees are deemed non-refundable.

Package 1 takes 5-7 business days to complete. Package 2 takes 7-10 business days to complete.

Clients will receive 3 calls with their designer. The first call, the consultation call, will be scheduled within 3 days of package purchase. The second call, the layout review call, will be scheduled within 3-5 days of consultation call. This call is to review the black and white design and discuss layout and inserts. It is at this time that clients are to discuss any edits to the design with their designer. The third call, the presentation call, will be scheduled within 5 days from the review call. This will be a video call to present renderings and pricing.
